Mandasi with milky tea is the morning. Peanut sweets crumble in a market bag. Nthochi, banana bread, is the bake that actually tastes like the fruit stalls. Lake Malawi towns add small fried fish as a walk-around protein.
Pack peanut candy. Doughnuts are hot. Neighbor Zambia shares nshima meals; keep mandasi and nthochi so Malawi is not a copy of Lusaka’s street list.
